The raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.) is a shrub widely cultivated in Poland. The raspberry is cultivated throughout the world for its delicious, usually pink color and pleasant, sweet fruit aroma. It belongs to the rose family and is a perennial plant. Raspberry fruits are rich in, among other things, natural antioxidants, vitamins C and E, which influence the transmission of nerve impulses and regulate water and electrolyte balance, potassium, and B vitamins, which are essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system.
Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.) originates from Eurasia and is a temperate plant belonging to the gooseberry family. The blackcurrant is prized primarily for its small, tart-sweet fruit and has numerous health-promoting properties. 100 g of its fruit provides more than two and a half times our daily vitamin C needs, making it recommended for colds. Blackcurrants are also rich in soluble fiber, or pectin, which can prevent excessive increases in plasma cholesterol and high blood sugar levels. Blackcurrants are also a source of vitamin A, which contributes to healthy vision.
Organic raspberry and blackcurrant puree, pasteurized, seedless, artisanally produced, made exclusively from cold-pureed fresh Polish organic fruit. No frozen fruit or concentrates were used in the production process. The juice is certified "Quality - Tradition."
