The raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.) is a shrub widely cultivated in Poland. The raspberry is cultivated throughout the world for its delicious, usually pink color and pleasant sweet fruit aroma. It belongs to the rose family and is a perennial plant. Raspberry fruits are rich in, among other nutrients, natural antioxidants; vitamins C and E, which influence the transmission of nerve impulses and regulate water and electrolyte balance; potassium; and essential B vitamins, which are necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system.
Strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa Duchesne), in fact, strawberry, is a hybrid created by crossing two wild strawberry species—Virginia (Fragaria virginiana) and Chilean (Fragaria chiloensis). These delicious, sweet fruits, which appear in late spring, boast valuable minerals—calcium, zinc, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron—vitamins A, B, and C—and fiber, which supports the digestive system and improves intestinal peristalsis.
Organic, pasteurized, seedless raspberry and strawberry puree juice, produced using the artisanal method using only cold-pureed fresh Polish organic fruit. No frozen fruit or concentrates were used in the production process. The juice has been awarded the "Quality - Tradition" certificate.
