The raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.) is a shrub widely cultivated in Poland. The raspberry is cultivated throughout the world for its delicious, usually pink color and pleasant, sweet fruit aroma. It belongs to the rose family and is a perennial plant. Raspberry fruits are rich in, among other things, the natural antioxidants vitamins C and E, which influence the conduction of nerve impulses and regulate water and electrolyte balance, potassium, and B vitamins, which are necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system.
Strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa Duchesne), in fact, strawberry, is a hybrid created by crossing two wild strawberry species—Virginia (Fragaria virginiana) and Chilean (Fragaria chiloensis). These delicious, sweet fruits, which appear in late spring, boast valuable minerals—calcium, zinc, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron—vitamins A, B, and C—and fiber, which supports the digestive system and improves intestinal peristalsis.
Organic raspberry and strawberry mousse, sweetened, pasteurized, and seedless. Our mousse is made from a combination of organic puree juice and 5% organic sugar. The puree juice has been certified "Quality – Tradition." It is produced using artisanal methods exclusively from fresh, cold-grated organic Polish fruit. No added frozen fruit or concentrates.
