Preparation instructions Good to know! The first cereal products can be introduced into an infant's diet from the age of 4 months. For children aged 13 and over, experts recommend giving five portions of a variety of cereal products per day. Preparation method: Always follow the instructions for correct preparation. Before preparing a meal for your child, wash your hands thoroughly and make sure the utensils you will be using are clean. Step 1. Boil water, measure 160 ml, pour it into a bowl and let it cool to approximately 40°C. Step 2. Slowly pour in 40 g of porridge (5 tablespoons). Step 3. Mix until a uniform consistency is achieved. Wait a while for the porridge to thicken. Step 4: Check the temperature of the meal. Give the finished porridge to the child or let them try eating it themselves with a spoon. Do not refeed leftovers. The pack contains approximately 56 servings of wholesome milk and cereal meals. For children 4 and over, it's best to give one serving per day. For children 6 and over, the approximate daily number of servings depends on the child's age and doctor's recommendations.
