Ash blonde is most commonly used as a corrector for medium blondes to achieve a cool, medium-dark blonde effect. It can be used alone or added to the base color in varying proportions. The manufacturer recommends the following mixture: 2/3 7N + 1/3 7C or 1/2 7N + 1/2 7C. On its own, it covers up to 30% of gray hair. If more is needed, or the gray hair is resistant to coloring, combine 7N + 7C or 6N + 7C in the appropriate proportions.
