The content of the ingredients per recommended daily portion of the product is:
Lemon balm leaves: 67-134 mg; hop cones: 67-134 mg; L-theanine: 50-100 mg; magnesium carbonate: 50-100 mg (this corresponds to 3.8-7.7% of the reference value for magnesium intake).

Intended Use:
This product is a supplement to the daily diet and is recommended for those with difficulty falling asleep and waking up during the night. Lemon balm helps reduce tension and irritability. It promotes relaxation and calm. It facilitates falling asleep and supports the maintenance of healthy sleep. Hop cones promote calmness and good sleep.

Instructions for use:
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
Do not use on children under 12 years of age.

Store in a closed container at room temperature and out of reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture.
