Ingredients:

Lemon balm herb - 40%, rooibos leaves - 20%, hawthorn fruits - 15%, linden blossoms - 10%, lavender blossoms - 10%, sea buckthorn fruits - 5%.

Application:

Tea recommended for restless children. Lemon balm, hawthorn, linden, and lavender promote healthy sleep and help reduce tension and anxiety. Lemon balm also has a relaxing effect and contributes to a good mood and sense of well-being. Hawthorn and linden reduce irritability. The tea has a natural flavor and a delicate aroma.

Instructions for use:

For children 2 years and older: Pour 1 tea bag over 200 ml of boiling water and let it steep, covered, for 5-10 minutes. Use once daily.

A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
