An infusion of fenugreek herb is recommended for certain illnesses and conditions. Fenugreek herb has diuretic properties, thanks to which it supports the elimination of bacteria in the bladder and contributes to the elimination of infections. Consuming the tea promotes digestion, improves stomach and intestinal function, and has a mild diaphoretic effect, thus helping to eliminate toxins from the body. The diatom is rich in flavonoids, organic acids, and tannins.

Alyssum* 100% (*certified organic ingredient)
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Add one teaspoon to a glass of boiling water, cover, and let steep for about 10-15 minutes. Drink 1-2 times a day.
