Cold-pressed, raw hemp oil is extracted from carefully selected and tested hemp seeds. It is a valuable source of essential omega-3 fatty acids (EFAs), which make up approximately 75% of the oil. It contains vitamins K, E, A, and B vitamins, phytosterols, chlorophyll, phospholipids, and minerals. It is characterized by a spicy-nutty flavor and a typical hemp aroma, as well as a clear green color. The cold-pressing process preserves the unsaturated fatty acids contained in the oil. Hemp oil is a natural product; it contains no preservatives or artificial additives. It contains no psychoactive substances and is made entirely from seeds. The successive parts of the oil may vary slightly in color, smell, and taste. These characteristics do not affect the composition of the oil. Hemp oil is used in cooking and cosmetics.
