PREPARATION
Briefly toast the contents of the package, 1 sachet of dried yeast and 500 ml of lukewarm water, then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper or in a greased tin. Smooth the dough with a moistened spatula and dust with flour. Leave the bread to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees C (top and bottom heat), pour 100 ml of boiling water into a heat-resistant bowl, leave it on the floor of the oven, and bake the bread for 10 minutes. Then bake the bread at 220 degrees C for 50 minutes.
