The Solgar Hair, Skin, and Nails formula contains ingredients the body uses to build collagen and keratin, the building blocks of hair, skin, and nails. In line with scientific research, the formula developed in Solgar's laboratories contains copper (in the form of easily absorbed diglycinate) to promote healthy hair and skin, as well as organic zinc salt (citrate) for good absorption and to nourish hair, skin, and nails.
