Hair, Skin, and Nails: Solgar contains ingredients the body uses to build collagen and keratin, essential ingredients for hair, skin, and nails. Scientifically proven, the formula developed in Solgar laboratories contains copper (in the form of easily digestible diglycinate), which has a positive effect on hair and skin health; organic zinc salt (citrate), which ensures good absorption and nourishes hair, skin, and nails. Natural vitamin C, in turn, is important for beautiful, elastic skin thanks to its antioxidant properties.
The organic form of MSM sulfur in the preparation is extracted from pine trees. MSM is the basis for the formation of collagen and keratin. The silicon source in the preparation is seaweed, which is the best-known source of silicon.

Silica (silica, powder from red algae (L. cordlioides)) – 75 mg
Vitamin C L-ascorbic acid – 60 mg

APPLICATION

1-2 tablets per day.
