APPLICATION :

First-time use: Press the pump 3 times until liquid comes out. Shake well before each use. Carefully spray onto your lips, preferably on the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.

Use 4 servings per day, together or separately. It doesn't need to be taken with food or water; it can be used any time of day and combined with other BetterYou products.
