Preparation Instructions Dumplings can be prepared in a pan using the following frying and braising technique: 1. Heat a small Teflon pan 2. Add 1 teaspoon of oil and spread it evenly over the pan 3. Arrange the dumplings flat-side down in a circle 4. Fry for about 2 minutes until the dumplings are browned 5. Pour about 1/2 cup of water over them 6. Cover and braising for about 4 minutes (to allow the water to evaporate) and then transfer to a plate.
