The product contains Gymnema leaf extract (also known as Gurmar) and chromium - ingredients that support the maintenance of normal glucose levels and weight control.

Gymnema supports the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. It helps control appetite (reducing appetite), calorie content, and mealtimes—and thus, weight control. It contributes to the reduction and perception of the sweet taste of foods. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels. It contributes to the maintenance of proper metabolism and macronutrient intake.

Recommended intake: Take one tablet once daily with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
