DESCRIPTION
A slightly sweet and refreshing green tea with an earthy note. Sencha is Japan's most popular tea. It is made from the same green tea bushes that produce matcha, except that sencha is not shaded during cultivation. Immediately after harvest, the leaves are dried, which stops the oxidation process. After drying, the leaves curl and form their characteristic "needle" shape. Moya Sencha No. 21 is organically grown on the island of Kyushu from a second tea harvest with a very balanced flavor.
Green Sencha tea is a rich source of antioxidants and vitamins. It has a positive effect on concentration, and the polyphenols it contains have numerous healing properties, including supporting the digestive system, helping to burn unnecessary calories, and improving the functioning of the circulatory system.

Brewing time: 2 minutes
Brewing temperature: 70-80 C
