PREPARATION
Boil plenty of water, 4-5 liters for the entire package. There should be enough water for the pasta to flow freely during cooking. Salt the water to taste; if desired, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the pasta slowly to the very boiling water so as not to stop the cooking process (bubbling). After pouring the entire portion, stir and then cook for 16-17 minutes, until tender. Cook for 10 minutes (do not exceed the maximum cooking time). Do not stir the pasta during cooking. Drain, add warm water and enjoy the taste of great pasta.
