Curry paste is a signature dish of Indian cuisine. It's a spicy dish served with rice and vegetables. The paste is a specially prepared herbal blend that you simply add to coconut milk, vegetables, and you have a ready-made curry sauce. It contains green chilies, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, salt, galangal, cumin, and coriander seeds.

INGREDIENTS

Fresh green chili, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, salt, galangal, cumin, coriander seeds.

APPLICATION
Serves 2-3: Combine 50g of the paste with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. Stir, then add 400ml of coconut milk, followed by 250g of your favorite meat and stew. Finally, add 60g of finely chopped eggplant. Serve with rice.
