Preparation instructions Good to know! You can start introducing gluten into your baby's diet after the child is 4 months old. Start with small amounts during the initial phase of gluten introduction. Over time, gluten porridge will become a complete milk and cereal meal. Preparation method: Always follow the instructions for correct preparation. Before preparing a meal for your child, wash your hands thoroughly and make sure the utensils you will be using are clean. Step 1. Boil water, measure 140 ml, pour it into a bowl and let it cool to approximately 50°C. Step 2. Slowly pour in 50 g of porridge (6-7 tablespoons). Step 3. Mix until a uniform consistency is achieved. Wait a while for the porridge to thicken. Step 4: Check the temperature of the meal. Give the finished porridge to your child or let them try to eat it themselves with a spoon. Do not refeed leftovers. The pack contains approximately 4-5 servings of wholesome milk and cereal meals. 4+: Best served 1 serving per day. 6+: 1-2 approximate daily servings depending on the child's age and doctor's recommendations.
