Gordales GOYA olives are grown in western Andalusia, in the province of Seville. Their name comes from the size of the fruit, which is thick, oval, and dotted with white spots. This is the variety that is widely cultivated and harvested when still unripe. In Poland, they are known as "Royal Olives" and are highly prized not only for their size but also for their quality and unique flavor. Despite their low fat content, Gordales olives, like other olive varieties, retain all their beneficial properties for the body. Olives help fight cholesterol, are rich in fiber, and contain many vitamins and minerals, which is why they are recommended for a daily diet.
