DESCRIPTION
Rice paper is mainly used for PREPARATION of summer rolls (with raw INGREDIENTS
filled, non-heat-treated rolls) or spring rolls (rolls filled with filling and deep-fried in hot fat until golden yellow and sufficiently crispy).

PREPARATION
1. Cut the filling into thin strips
2. Place a sheet of rice paper in hot (not boiling) water until it becomes soft and pliable (approx. 20-30 seconds)
3. Remove the sheet from the water
4. Place the filling in the center of the tray
5. Fold up the sides and bottom of the sheet
6. Pack the whole thing into a neat roll
