PREPARATION
For 1 kg of small or chopped fruit or 600 ml of cold juice, add 22 g (about 2 tablespoons) of gelling agent and mix. Add 4 tablespoons of lemon juice or 3 g of citric acid. Then add 300 g of sweetener or sugar. Boil for about 3 minutes while stirring. Pour the hot jam into jars, screw on the lids, and let stand with the lids on.
