DESCRIPTION :

Glucomannan is a soluble fiber derived from the root of the konjac plant ( Amorphophallus konjac ). It has a bulking effect, which may be helpful for maintaining regular bowel movements. Glucomannan may also help maintain proper serum lipid levels. Furthermore, by promoting satiety, glucomannan can be a convenient addition to a weight management plan that includes a healthy diet and exercise program.

APPLICATION :

1/2 level teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily with at least 240 ml of water, 30-45 minutes before a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
