Preparation: Pour 2 teaspoons (approx. 4g) dry with 200 ml of water, bring to a boil
Simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Then cover and set aside for 30 minutes and strain. Drink 3 servings throughout the day.

Drink 1 glass of infusion once a day.
