It is produced by boiling butter over low heat and removing (clarifying) the foam that appears on its surface and the sediment from the bottom. In cooking, it is used for practically anything. It can be used in basically any dish that requires fat. Clarified butter is ideal for deep-frying; it can be heated up to a temperature of 250°C, making it perfect for frying and deep-frying. This butter is more delicate and better enhances the flavor of dishes, giving them a beautiful glaze. It smells like real butter. Clarified butter is almost pure fat and does not contain many allergens found in other dairy products, such as lactose or casein, making it well tolerated by people who are sensitive to cow's milk.
