Gentian grows naturally in the Balkans, Turkey, the Mediterranean, and the Iberian Peninsula. This infusion was already given to soldiers in ancient times for regeneration. It contains tannins, essential oils, and is a natural antioxidant.

INGREDIENTS

Sideritis scardica mountain tea.

Use:

Place 2-3 teaspoons in a glass and pour boiling water over the tea. Cover and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Brewing tea for longer than 3 minutes allows the essential oils to saturate the tea and support the body.

Storage:

Store in a dry place at room temperature in a tightly closed container.

The plant also packages sesame, almonds, products containing sulfur dioxide (SO2), gluten-containing products, and various nuts. Despite all efforts, the presence of traces of these raw materials in the product cannot be completely ruled out.
