DESCRIPTION

Cooked, it can be used as a side dish to fish and seafood dishes or in scrambled eggs, croquettes, soups, stews, rice, pasta, and hamburgers. 4 g of the product contains 150 µg of iodine, which covers the daily requirement of this ingredient.
