DESCRIPTION
Organic white sesame seeds, roasted after roasting, make a tasty addition to salads, bread, and various dishes. They can be used to make tahini at home—a sesame paste that's a great alternative to butter or margarine. We also recommend using ground sesame seeds as a topping for cereals, rice, soups, or steamed vegetables. Sesame seeds should be ground shortly before consumption. Soaking sesame seeds beforehand improves digestibility.
