DESCRIPTION

Hazelnuts are over 60% fat, consisting primarily of monounsaturated fatty acids, with much less polyunsaturated and saturated fatty acids. Carbohydrates account for 17% of their content, most of which is fiber, and protein accounts for 15%. The most characteristic vitamin in hazelnuts is vitamin E. 100g of nuts contain up to 15mg of this vitamin, which covers 100% of the daily value. For this reason, hazelnuts have a positive effect on skin, concentration, memory, and vision. Hazelnuts also contain many vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin A, vitamins B, C, and K, folic acid, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, calcium, and zinc.
