INGREDIENTS
Barley grits* 100% (*certified organic ingredient).

DESCRIPTION
Organic barley grits, obtained from hulled barley grain. Excellent as an addition to soups, e.g., in the famous Polish Krupnik, and as an ingredient for main dishes in combination with vegetables and fresh herbs.

PREPARATION
. The previously rinsed grits should be cooked in salted water in a 1:3 ratio (1 portion grits to 3 portions water) for about 20 minutes.
