DESCRIPTION
A unique, aromatic decaffeinated Arabica coffee from Ethiopia. The coffee was decaffeinated using natural methods (water and CO2) without the use of chemical solvents. It features a mild flavor and aroma. Recommended for all coffee lovers who cannot consume products with high caffeine content. It must contain a maximum of 0.01% caffeine. Decaffeinated coffee is available as an option for consumers who want to enjoy the aroma and flavor of coffee without experiencing its stimulating properties. The quality of decaffeinated coffee is as good as that of traditional coffee.

MAKE
Café Michel decaffeinated coffee is brewed with water. It's the only ecological method. The decaffeination process begins with the green coffee beans before roasting. Green coffee beans are immersed in water. Due to the difference in concentration, the caffeine migrates from the beans into the water—it is washed out and dissolved. During this process, water is replaced, so all the caffeine in the coffee beans is transferred into the water. This process removes caffeine without altering the coffee's flavor.
