MAKE
Café Michel decaffeinated coffee is brewed with water. It's the only ecological method. The decaffeination process begins with the green coffee beans before roasting. Green coffee beans are immersed in water. Due to the difference in concentration, the caffeine migrates from the beans into the water—it is washed out and dissolved. During this process, water is replaced, so all the caffeine in the coffee beans is transferred into the water. This process removes caffeine without altering the coffee's flavor.
