Organically ground green coffee is obtained from coffee beans that are not roasted. This gives green coffee a herbal aroma and a slightly bitter, acidic flavor. Green ground coffee is a natural source of valuable polyphenols, which have strong antioxidant properties. Unroasted coffee beans contain chlorogenic acid. Compared to regular coffee, ground green coffee provides many times more of this substance. It is also rich in nutrients, B vitamins, folic acid, and minerals (calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, and copper). The coffee is certified organic. The coffee cherries grown this way ripen free of pesticides. The coffee comes from a specialized plantation in the Santa Barbara region of Honduras and is grown on volcanic hills at an altitude of approximately 1,700 meters above sea level. PREPARATION

Brew according to your preference, using approximately 2 teaspoons per 1 cup of coffee (150 ml). Pour boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 5 minutes.
