Ground green coffee Brazil Santos 1kg Intenson

Green coffee is raw, untreated coffee beans. These beans have not yet undergone the pyrolysis process, the breakdown of carbohydrates and fats, so they do not have the same taste and aroma as black coffee. However, the caffeine content remains unchanged.
The coffee beans have a light green color, hence the product's name. Unroasted green coffee tastes much milder, more acidic, and almost completely free of bitterness.

INGREDIENTS

100% ground green coffee.

APPLICATION
Pour 10 g (three teaspoons) of ground green coffee into a cup. Add hot water (preferably at 90°C). After 5 minutes, the infusion is ready to drink. The taste of the infusion is a bit like brewed green tea, slightly bitter.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in the tightly closed original packaging.
