Application: Consume three times daily:
a)
as a seasoning for all kinds of dishes
or
b) as a brew: 1
Pour a teaspoon of the product into 1 cup of hot water and slowly heat to a boil.
Cover and simmer gently for 5-10 minutes. Set aside for 15 minutes and strain.
