For baking as:
- Dough raising agent - 5 g Gellwe baking powder per 500 g dough
- Protein foam stabilizer - Just add a dash of lemonade.
At home:
- Eliminates strong odors on the cutting board (fish, meat) – rinse the board in water with a pinch of baking soda. Or burnt food residue in a pot or pan – boil a baking soda solution in a container (1 tablespoon per 1 liter of water). Dry with a soft cloth.
- Mild fabric bleach – Mix 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda with lemon juice and add to the laundry.
- Grease stains on artificial fabrics – rub baking soda into the fabric, remove powder after 15 minutes and boredom.
