Preparation Instructions Frying pan: Heat 70 ml of water in a frying pan. Pour in the contents of the packet. Heat over high heat until boiling – about 2 minutes. Then cook over medium heat for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the desired sauce consistency is reached. Microwave: Place the frozen food in a suitable bowl with a lid.
