Preparation instructions: Preheat the oven to 230°C. Place the frozen sticks on a baking sheet (you can use parchment paper). Bake for about 12 minutes (about 9 minutes using fan-assisted oven). To prepare in a frying pan: Heat 5 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the frozen sticks over medium heat for 6 minutes, turning occasionally.
