Preparation instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C (fan oven to 200°C). Place the frozen sticks on a baking sheet (you can use baking paper). Bake for about 12-15 minutes. Frying pan: Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the frozen sticks over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
