Preparation Instructions: Fry in a pan: Heat 5 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the frozen ducats over medium heat for 7 minutes, turning occasionally. Oven Instructions: Preheat the oven to 230°C. Place the frozen ducats on a baking sheet (you can use parchment paper). Bake for about 10 minutes (about 8 minutes with ventilation).
