Dill (Anethum) is an annual or biennial plant in the celery family. It likely originates from Southeast Asia. Cultivated throughout the world, including Poland, it is not demanding on soil or the environment.
Dill is an exceptionally healthy, aromatic herb. Rich in vitamins E, D, K, and A from groups B, C, and H, as well as minerals such as iron, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, zinc, and magnesium, fennel is characterized by its low calorie content and high concentration of antioxidants, which are the body's allies in the fight to maintain health and beauty.
Dill is recommended for omelets, fried fish, remoulade, pickles and cabbage, and soups.
