Apple juice, along with orange and multifruit juice, is one of the most popular juices in Europe. Humble 's organic apple juice is not only incredibly delicious but also an extremely healthy version of this delicious beverage. Thanks to cold pressing, without pasteurization, the juice retains the flavor and aroma characteristic of fresh apples. Furthermore, all the vitamins are preserved, so we don't need to supplement our product with synthetic vitamin C. The apples used to make our juices come from sunny Spain or Italy. Our product has been preserved using a modern method of pascalization , also known by the acronym HPP (high pressure processing ), which involves preserving food under high pressure.
