INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
From day 1 to day 10: 1 ampoule in a glass of water (200 ml) before a meal once a day from level 1.
From day 11 to 20: Dilute 1 ampoule once daily from level 2 in a glass of water (200 ml) before a meal. / From day 21 to 30: Dilute 1 ampoule once daily in a glass of water (200 ml) before a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Shake well before use. Hold the tip of the ampoule through the tissue and break it off. Then break off the other end of the ampoule and pour the liquid into the glass. Add 200 ml of water and mix.
