BetterYou Folic Acid Spray is a tasty, bioavailable, active form of folic acid.

INGREDIENTS

Water, xylitol, acidity regulators: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, folic acid ((6s)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt), natural blueberry flavor.

USE:

Adults - Regular Use : 2 sprays daily, once or at intervals. 2 sprays contain 200 μg methylfolate. Women planning to become pregnant or pregnant women*: 4 sprays daily, once or at intervals. 4 sprays contain 400 μg methylfolate. * Women who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or who may become pregnant are recommended to take 400 μg folic acid supplements daily until at least the 12th week of pregnancy.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
