Flos Mixture for Excess Body Water 100 g

The mixture for excess water in the body is a composition of herbs, among which nettle leaf supports the excretion of water from the body and dandelion root contributes to maintaining the proper functioning of the urinary system.

Ingredients: Dandelion root - 20%, goldenrod herb - 20%, nettle leaves - 20%, green tea - 20%, hibiscus flowers - 20%.

Method of preparation: Pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture (4.0 g) with 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml) and let it steep, covered, for 10 - 15 minutes. Then let it steep for 10 minutes and strain. At the same time, ensure adequate fluid intake (approximately 2 liters per day). To achieve the desired beneficial effects, it is recommended to consume 1 glass of infusion (250 ml) prepared from 1 tablespoon of the mixture (4.0 g). Amount of ingredients in 1 glass of infusion (1 tablespoon of the mixture): Dandelion root - 0.8 g, goldenrod herb - 0.8 g, nettle leaves - 0.8 g, green tea - 0.8 g, hibiscus flowers - 0.8 g. Nutritional value per 100 ml of prepared infusion: Energy - 4 kJ/1 kcal. Contains negligible amounts of fat (including saturated fat), carbohydrates (including sugars), protein, and salt. A balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential for the proper functioning of the body.

Due to the composition of the mixture, the product should not be consumed by children, pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as people who are allergic to the components of the mixture.
