Rhodiola rosea is a powerful adaptogen. It improves mental functioning (memory, concentration), making it very helpful for intense studying and working. Rhodiola rosea also enhances physical performance.

Ingredients: dried, crushed Rhodiola rosea root (Rhodiola rosea L.) - 100%.

Instructions: Add 1 level teaspoon of the raw material to 1 glass of water and bring to a boil. Let steep for 20 minutes. Strain. Preferably drink in 3 portions divided into morning/afternoon. In the first few days of taking the Rhodiola rosea infusion, it is advisable to prepare it with smaller amounts of the raw material than indicated above and then gradually increase.

CAUTION: Do not use in children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. The product should not be consumed if psychostimulant medications are being taken.
