xPsyllium Seeds - Usage
Psyllium seed infusions are an excellent way to provide sufficient amounts of fiber from natural sources. The appropriate portion, usually 1-2 teaspoons of seeds, should be soaked in boiled water, milk, juice, or another beverage. Psyllium seeds also work well as an addition to yogurts or porridges.
Of course, the beneficial effect of psyllium seeds on the skin should not be forgotten. Wraps can be made by pouring a small amount of boiled water over the seeds. After a while, the plantain swells and the homemade mask is ready to use.
Recommended daily dose of psyllium seeds for eating:
- for adults: 25-40 g
- for children aged 6-12 years: 12-25 g
The whole amount should be divided into three doses. You can pour water, juice, milk, and even add it to soup. Stir and drink immediately. Best taken three hours before a meal and immediately after a meal, as this greatly increases the feeling of satiety.Ingredients: Psyllium seeds
