xPsyllium - Application
Psyllium infusions are an excellent way to provide adequate amounts of fiber from natural sources. The appropriate amount, usually 1-2 teaspoons of seeds, should be soaked in boiled water, milk, juice, or another beverage. Psyllium also works well as an addition to yogurt or porridge.
Of course, the beneficial effects of psyllium on the skin shouldn't be overlooked. Wraps can be made by pouring a small amount of boiled water over the seeds. After a while, the plantain will swell, and the homemade mask is ready to use.
Recommended daily dose of psyllium for food:
- for adults: 25-40 g
- for children aged 6-12 years: 12-25 g
The whole thing should be divided into three doses. You can pour it into water, juice, milk, or even add it to soup. Stir and drink immediately. It's best to consume it three hours before a meal and immediately after a meal, as it greatly increases the feeling of satiety.Ingredients: Psyllium p
