Psyllium is a plant also known as flea, psyllium, and psyllium. It is native to the Mediterranean, North Africa, and Western Asia. Ribwort plantain increases the viscosity of intestinal contents, thus promoting bowel movements. When plantain seeds come into contact with water, they release mucus, which facilitates bowel movements and prevents constipation. It also promotes the growth of intestinal bacteria, which have a positive effect on our bodies. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and protects the intestines. Like egg cells, psyllium husks contribute to lowering LDL cholesterol and increasing HDL cholesterol. It also influences the lowering of blood sugar levels. By accelerating metabolism and reducing hunger, it is also helpful during a weight-loss diet. The seeds contained in this product are exclusively grown in Poland.

Psyllium.

Net weight: 500 g

APPLICATION
Pour 2-3 teaspoons (10-15 g) into 250 ml of water. Wait 10 minutes, mix, and drink. Use 3 times daily.
