DESCRIPTION

Upon contact with water, psyllium seeds become coated with mucilage, forming a gel that facilitates the movement of intestinal debris, which is especially helpful for periodic constipation. They are also rich in fiber, which supports intestinal function and increases the feeling of fullness, and are high in protein, which contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The product is ready to eat after preparation : Pour 2-3 teaspoons of psyllium into a glass of juice or water, let it steep for about 20 minutes, then drink. Can be mixed with plantain in the proportions 80% psyllium and 20% plantain. Take twice a day: morning and evening. Drink plenty of water while consuming this product, at least 2 liters per day. Not intended for infants and young children. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to psyllium, if you have cramps or intestinal obstruction of unknown origin, abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting.
